Understanding the Tara Card subscription: what the monthly fee covers

Your physical Tara Card doesn't wear out and is paid for once. But everything it displays — your profile, your shop, your documents, your statistics — lives on our servers, and that side needs ongoing upkeep.

That's what the monthly subscription covers: hosting your online profile, unlimited edits from your dashboard, access to the shop and documents, and tracking of your engagement statistics.

From your account, the "My subscriptions" section gives you a detailed view of your payment history and lets you pay several months in advance in one go, if you'd rather not think about it every month.

If a renewal is missed, your physical card keeps existing and your data stays safe — but access to the shop and documents is paused until the subscription is renewed and the service becomes active again.

Payment is made directly via Orange Money or Mobile Money, in a few seconds from your account — a modest cost to keep a card that stays current, measurable, and always connected.
